Braswell Cleaning Solutions LLC— CANCELLATION POLICY For Cleanings
Once you’ve made an appointment with Braswell Cleaning, we have now returned to the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. If you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time, you will be charged 50% (half) the amount of your agreed rate for the canceled appointment. We kindly ask for a 48 hours notice of cancellation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment; however, that will be subject to availability.
In the event that Braswell Cleaning Solutions LLC needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours notice will be given to the client. If Braswell Cleaning Solutions LLC fails to give 24-hour notice, client will be offered one free cleaning.
If you are not satisfied with your clean, we will offer a refund, free clean, or future discount depending on the situation.
Braswell Cleaning Solutions LLC— CANCELLATION POLICY For Products
BCS offers a quick dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:
a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
b. The products need to be returned to BCS if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.
BCS will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases: (For damaged, missing, or incorrect products you have 30 days to submit a dispute)
